Data Deletion Instructions
Use these instructions to request deletion of information received through our website, Facebook Page or Messenger integration.

How to submit a request
- Email john@thedrivewaydoctor.ca with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us whether your request concerns Facebook, Messenger, My TDD or another interaction.
- Include enough information to locate the record, such as the name used, the approximate date and a link to the Facebook Page post or conversation if available.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and take reasonable steps to verify that it concerns your information. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize information controlled by The Driveway Doctor that is not required for an active service, security, accounting, legal or record-keeping purpose. We will explain if specific records must be retained.
This process applies to information held by The Driveway Doctor. To delete information held independently by Facebook or Messenger, use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta.
Facebook app removal
If you remove our app or revoke its permissions through Facebook, we will no longer receive new information through that authorization. Revoking access does not automatically erase records already needed for legitimate business or legal purposes, so send the deletion request above if you also want us to review stored records.
