Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use our website, estimate tools, client portal or automated customer-service features.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
Website and communication use
You may use this website and our communication channels for lawful requests related to our services. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or impersonate another person.
Preliminary estimates
Online or automated estimates are preliminary and are not a binding offer. Pricing and scope may change after measurements, photographs, site conditions and requested work are reviewed. The final written quotation, approved scope and any service agreement control the work.
Automated responses
Some Facebook comments or Messenger messages may receive an automated response prepared with artificial intelligence. These responses are for general information and lead intake. They do not create a contract, guarantee availability, confirm a price or replace a final review by The Driveway Doctor.
Appointments and services
Scheduling is subject to weather, surface conditions, access, material availability and other operational requirements. Service-specific requirements and warranties, if any, are stated in the applicable written quotation or agreement.
Accounts and security
If you use My TDD, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in links, devices and account access secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Content and third-party services
Website text, branding, photographs and original materials belong to The Driveway Doctor or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission. Our site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Meta, OpenAI, mapping, hosting and payment-related services. Their terms and availability are outside our control.
Availability and liability
We work to keep our digital services accurate and available, but they are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, The Driveway Doctor is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on preliminary digital information, outages or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
